The Call Details page itemizes the details of every call you receive. Here's a quick summary and explanation of the information you'll be able to find on this page. Earnings Breakdown * -- This shows you how much you earned from the call, once the connection charges (27 cents per minute) and Keen's fee (38% for live calls, 38% for calls to Recorded Listings) have been subtracted from the total amount the customer spent on the call. Note: If this call originated from within a group, you'll also see the group manager's fee, which was deducted from your total earnings. Billing Information -- Your customer's member name, when your call began and ended, and how many minutes it lasted. Promotional Minutes and Money -- Any promotions or personal Free Minutes offers that impacted your earnings from this call. Call Feedback -- What numerical rating and written feedback, if any, this call received from the customer. Note: If the customer didn't leave you feedback, you'll be offered the option of sending them Mail to follow up and ask for their feedback about the call. Listing Information --
Your listing's title, category, topic and per-minute fee (note:
the listing price includes the per-minute connection charge, which can
vary if either you or your member name is outside the U.S. and Canada). * Listings in the Social/Entertainment categories keep 70% after connection charges have been deducted for Live Calls; Keen keeps the remaining 30%. Keen also keeps 50% of the fees you collect for Recorded Listings, and 30% of any fees you receive for Paid Mail.
